AJ Skelly is an author, reader, and lover of all things fantasy, medieval, and fairy-tale-romance. And werewolves. She has a serious soft spot for them. As an avid life-long reader and a former high school English teacher, she’s always been fascinated with the written word. She lives with her husband, children, and many imaginary friends who often find their way into her stories. They all drink copious amounts of tea together and stay up reading far later than they should.

AMANDA WRIGHT

Amanda Wright lives in picturesque Canada where she can be found riding her horse, enjoying life with her children and husband, and slaving away like a Red Bull inebriated beaver crafting new tales of adventure and romance to the glory of her heavenly father. She was honored to be a finalist in the 2023 ACFW First Impressions contest in the Young Adult category, and her debut epic fantasy Darkfell has topped the best sellers lists for Religious Science Fiction & Fantasy and Christian Fantasy multiple times since its release in January 2025 and was also featured in the February 2025 edition of World magazine.

CRYSTAL D. GRANT

Whether reading, writing, or editing, she loves to dive into stories that settle deep into her mind and heart. Elementary teacher by day, she strives to instill a love of books and learning within her young students.

AMBER KIRPATRICK

Despite dabbling in writing over the years, Amber’s fear of dialogue and proper tenses held her back from pursuing it more seriously. Like many others, the Great Plague gave her motivation to dust off some writing dreams, and Amber sat down to write a story which had been in her head since her teen years. It was intended to be merely something fun to let her kids read someday, but gradually evolved into an potentially award-winning fantasy that will be published when she can finish her edits.

BRITTANY EDEN

A former Circus dweller, Brittany writes lyrical stories of heart transformation with a timeless, feminine voice. A happy wife and mom, she’s often avoiding social media by playing on Pinterest and reading too much, but you can find her favourite things (Wonder Woman soundtracks, C.S. Lewis quotes, Bournville chocolate and Irish tea for example) by reading her email newsletter on Substack.

DALTON & EMILY BEQUETTE

A husband-wife writing team, Dalton and Emily Bequette are often found debating whether Harry Potter is a magical attempt at Star Wars.
